The MPU ML is a solid-state Magnet Power Unit that converts controlled magnetic-field energy directly into electrical power without any mechanical motion. The system is based on a closed rectangular magnetic circuit formed by two mirrored U-shaped laminated magnetic cores. High-grade permanent magnets are integrated into the magnetic path without air gaps, while control windings are mounted on the core legs and power-extraction coils are placed on the crossbars of the magnetic circuit.
The operation of the MPU ML relies on controlled redistribution of magnetic flux inside the closed magnetic circuit. Permanent magnets provide a stable internal magnetic field, while low-power electromagnets apply phase-controlled excitation that periodically redirects the magnetic flux between parallel paths of the core. This controlled change in magnetic flux induces an electromotive force in the power-extraction coils in accordance with Faraday’s law. The electromagnets do not generate power themselves; they only manage flux direction and timing, while the main energy source is the magnetic field of the permanent magnets. A portion of the generated electrical energy is returned to the control system via supercapacitors to sustain electromagnetic switching and system stability.
As the MPU ML contains no rotating parts, bearings, or mechanical couplings, it operates with near-zero wear, no vibration, and silent performance. The absence of combustion, fuel, exhaust, or thermal signatures makes the system fully safe for indoor, enclosed, and infrastructure-limited environments. The permanent magnets act as a long-duration internal energy reserve, enabling stable, maintenance-light electricity generation over extended service intervals. As a result, the MPU ML delivers reliable, environmentally neutral DC power in a compact, battery-like form factor suitable for residential, commercial, and critical applications where absolute reliability and simplicity are required.
