Understanding the complexity and scale of modern energy projects, we offer a flexible and transparent payment model—designed to accommodate the specific needs of each client and the practical realities of implementation.
Each system requires time for production, configuration, and delivery. Depending on the complexity of the setup, the lead time can range from 3 to 12 months. To ease the financial burden at the outset, NIMEC offers staged payment terms. Following the signing of the contract and approval of technical specifications, an initial advance of just 2% to 5% is sufficient to initiate production and reserve resources.
Subsequent payments are also structured with business realities in mind. During the manufacturing phase, a partial prepayment of up to 20% of the contract value may be required—determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the project budget and delivery schedule.
Crucially, where valid guarantees are in place—whether bank-backed, institutional, or corporate—the remaining balance may be spread over a period of up to three years. The instalment schedule begins not from the signing of the contract, but from the moment the system is commissioned and becomes operational. This approach minimises client risk and aligns financial obligations with the start of energy generation or industrial function.

Secondly, we are open to joint participation in qualified ventures by contributing our equipment at a reduced upfront cost — with the discount reflecting our equity share in the project. This approach ensures that NIMEC has a vested interest in the success of the initiative and aligns long-term goals across all stakeholders.
